The schedule waiting message indicates that the content on the device has been set to play at a different time to what the device thinks the current time is.
This message can play when the content is scheduled normally, but the device has lost its date/time.
To correct the date/time the device would need to be returned to JDS for repair, but there is a workaround.
Schedule Waiting Workaround
- Plug the update USB into your computer
- Open the media folder
- Make a backup copy of the schedule file
- Delete the schedule file off the usb
- Plug the update USB into the display
To add the schedule back, simply copy the backup of the schedule file back into the media folder on the USB
