The schedule waiting message indicates that the content on the device has been set to play at a different time to what the device thinks the current time is.

This message can play when the content is scheduled normally, but the device has lost its date/time.

To correct the date/time the device would need to be returned to JDS for repair, but there is a workaround.


Schedule Waiting Workaround

  1. Plug the update USB into your computer
  2. Open the media folder
  3. Make a backup copy of the schedule file
  4. Delete the schedule file off the usb
  5. Plug the update USB into the display

To add the schedule back, simply copy the backup of the schedule file back into the media folder on the USB
