Events not showing up in the Event List.

Possible reasons an event will not show up as expected:  


1. An invalid time has been set.

Concierge uses a 24 hour clock, not a 12 hour clock. As an example, to set an event for 11am to 1pm, you'd use 11:00 and 13:00 as your start and end times. On the other hand, using 11:00 to 01:00 will not work, as it would be setting time backwards.


2. An invalid date has been set.

If a date was specified, but that date has already passed, the event will go straight into archived events.


3. No rooms were selected.

When creating or editing an event, make sure that at least 1 room has been selected. You can select rooms in the Basic Details tab, under Event Rooms.


If you have created and saved an event, but it does not show up in your list, check your archived events, and re-edit as necessary.
